Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy and process optimization?
We’re looking for an Item & Pricing Operations Specialist to help ensure our product and pricing data is always correct, consistent, and ready to support our growing business.
As our new Item & Pricing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and reliable product and pricing data across our systems. You will be working primarily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting automation of renewals, order creation, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams. As our systems mature, your responsibilities will expand to include reporting, dashboard creation, and continuous data quality improvements that support smarter business decisions.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Structured and process-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communicator and collaborator across teams
• Proactive in improving data quality and supporting automation
• Less than 1% item or pricing errors per cycle
• Consistent and reliable Business Operations data in ERP and CRM
• No audit issues related to item or pricing data
• Dashboards and reports are accurate and timely
• Positive stakeholder feedback on data transparency and collaboration
